Ⅱ. Room Booking：

You can make a reservation by yourself calling the Hotel Reception +86-0755-29057888 before February 16^th, please tell that you are a guest of "AEIC Shenzhen academic conference", and then can enjoy the agreed price of room booking.

Please note: 

Conference Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee
